Although the event occurred earlier in the month, video of Hillary Clinton’s appearance at a Newmark Civic Life Series talk at the 92nd Street Y in Manhattan is hitting the internet and going viral. The former first lady thinks the importance of having children is overrated and that a renewed focus on family life would somehow be going “backward.”

Her voice drips with contempt as she talks about President Trump, Elon Musk and Vice President JD Vance extolling the virtues of big families and having babies. It’s truly appalling stuff:

…this very blatant effort to basically send a message most exemplified by Vance and Musk, and others, that, you know, what we really need from you women are more children. And what that really means is you should go back to doing what you were born to do, which is to produce more children.

Well God did say, “be fruitful and multiply,” according to the Bible, so it’s not just Vance and Musk who have a reverence for life.

After rambling on about all the expensive social programs women allegedly need to have babies, and how Trump wants to nuke them all so having babies is a bad idea, Shrillary tried to rehash the Dems’ failed “Project 2025” narrative. Trump has repeatedly said he did not have any input on the report from the conservative Heritage Foundation and didn’t necessarily endorse everything in it.

The scorn the twice-failed candidate has for folks who want large families is noxious, and she just can’t imagine women devoted to being mothers instead of childless D.C. apparatchiks:

So this is another performance about concerns they allegedly have for family life, but if you had read the Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025, despite Trump saying he knew nothing about it, if you had read it, it’s all in there. It’s all in there. Return to the family, the nuclear family, return to being a Christian nation, return to producing a lot of children — which is sort of odd because the people who produce the most children in our country are immigrants, and they want to deport them.

She sums up this bilious spew by slyly indicating her support for illegal immigration and also saying folks who make different choices than she did belong back in a different decade:

So none of this adds up, but, you know, one of the reasons why our economy did so much better than comparable advanced economies across the world is because we actually had a replenishment, because we had a lot of immigrants, legally and undocumented, who had a, you know, larger than normal by American standards, families. So this is just another one of their, you know, make America great again by returning to the lifestyles and the economic arrangements of not just the 1950s. I mean, let’s keep going back as far as we can. And, you know, see what happens.

I have four kids, which these days is often considered a lot by some people. I know people like Hillary who look down their noses at my brood for “taking up too many resources” and further threatening the environment. One of them once called me a “breeder”; needless to say, he’s no longer on the Christmas card list.

I say to my childless friends, good for you, if that’s what you wanted; I do not judge. But you have no right to judge me, or other families who choose differently.

Hillary proves once again that it’s this kind of elitist snobbery that makes her so unlikeable and unpopular, and why she lost two presidential elections.

Why won’t she just go away?
